With the Scheduling System, you have the flexibility to define schedules for clients, clinicians, rooms, equipment — even transportation. You can view multiple schedules at a single time, and view a schedule over one day, two days, a week or a month. Daily scheduling reports for each clinician detail productivity and no-show rates.

And of course, the Anasazi Scheduling System is fully integrated with the other Anasazi systems. When scheduling appointments, you can search for available clinicians who have the required licensing and credentials to warrant billing under a particular client’s benefit plan

The Billing Pro-Forma feature allows you to compare the service scheduled to the client’s insurance and identify any services that would be denied. You’re even notified if the service is unbillable for any other reason. This assures payment of scheduled services and reduces denied and unpaid services.
