Anasazi Wizard Implementation
After the purchase of Anasazi Software, the partnership begins. Anasazi provides "turn-key" services to assure a successful implementation through extensive on-site training of your staff and dedicated assistance to setting up the system to meet your specific business needs. Our "train the trainers" approach transfers our knowledge base to key staff in your organization so you will have in-house Anasazi expertise for years to come. Since 1989, our highly trained and experienced staff has listened to customers and noted the commonalities of our successful implementation to create what we call, The Anasazi Wizard Implementation. The Wizard is a proven work plan to assure success and keep the project on time and on budget. The Wizard can be tailored to assist any organization, regardless of size or complexity.
Anasazi Support Agreement
Anasazi has a unique approach to providing support for our customers. The primary goal of the Anasazi Support Agreement is to provide a vehicle to meet every support need of our customers on a permanent basis. Certain support needs are related to traditional telephone and similar support, but many have to do with other support factors indirectly related to software operation. These include such items as training of replacement staff, providing enhancements to deal with new state or other contract requirements, troubleshooting equipment, etc. In effect, the Anasazi Support Agreement will cover any support service directly or indirectly related to Anasazi.
