The Human Resources System is fully integrated with the Anasazi Fiscal and Cost Accounting systems to provide a seamless management solution for your organization. For example, in the Position Management Module, a monthly default budget is calculated based on the salary scales and benefit money of filled positions within your institution.
The Personnel Module makes hiring, transfers, separations and other employee position changes a simple, three-step process. The Benefits Module keeps track of employee eligibility for benefits and notifies the user if the eligibility status changes. The Payroll Module actually has pre-calculated timesheets for salaried employees, so no data entry is required for normal circumstances. This makes Payroll for a staff of 1,000 take less than two days.
Staff Development is simplified as well; no background budgetary or personnel work is required to establish a foundation.
